1.All travelers to Greece, regardless of nationality, fill in the electronic form PLF (Passenger Locator Form), at the online address https://travel.gov.gr, with their contact details in Greece. In particular, travelers entering the country by air, complete the PLF (Passenger Locator Form) at least forty-eight (48) hours before boarding. Travelers entering the country through land and sea borders, in addition to their other obligations as the case may be, complete the electronic PLF form within a period of forty eight (48) to seventy two (72) hours before their arrival in Greece.
2.Persons entering the country in any way and from any foreign state, including the Member States of the European Union, are required to provide a printed or electronic copy of the form of paragraph 1 in the General Secretariat for Civil Protection and the National Organization Health who are in charge of performing medical examinations. Unless otherwise provided, upon their arrival, they shall be subjected to a sample laboratory medical examination on the basis of a medical algorithm, for precautionary reasons for the protection of public health from further dispersal of the COVID-19 corona in the Greek Territory.
3.The persons subject to the sampling control of par. 2 are subject to house arrest until the issuance of the results of the audit. If these persons are deprived of residence in Greece, they are obliged to remain for the above period of time at the place of temporary residence, such as a relative’s or friend’s house or hotel, unless they remain in Greece for a shorter period, so the temporary restriction applies to this. time period. To the competent authorities and the control bodies of the application of the urgent measures to deal with the dispersal of the corona COVID-19, according to article twenty-three of its from 14.3.2020 Legislative Content Act (A΄ 64), as it was ratified by article 3 of n . 4682/2020 (Α΄ 76), all the necessary information is provided for the application of this, observed in each case of the legislation for the protection of personal data.
4.The persons of par. 2 are subject to temporary restraint, at home or in a suitable place of temporary residence indicated by the competent authorities, for fourteen (14) days in cases of their detection as positive for the coronary COVID-19.
5. Persons violating this provision, and without prejudice to the penalties provided for, shall be liable for any infringement, with a reasoned act of the competent authority within the meaning of circumstance (a) of paragraph 1 of Article twenty-three of 14.3. 2020 Legislative Content Act, as ratified by Article 3 of Law 4682/2020 (A΄76), an administrative fine of five thousand (5,000) euros. Especially in the case of violation of the first paragraph of par. 2 of the present, the administrative fine amounts to five hundred (500) euros.
6. In any case, the persons present must otherwise, during their stay in the Country, comply with the extraordinary measures to limit the dispersion of the corona COVID-19. 7. The provisions hereof shall apply to persons entering the Country for the period from 1 July 2020 to 31 August 2020.
